Reading Soda Works proudly supports local makers, artisans, and small-batch producers by offering retail space in our community-focused shop. If you create handmade, locally sourced, or small-batch products, we invite you to apply to become a Reading Soda Works vendor.
Our retail shop highlights unique items made with care and craftsmanship — and 100% of retail shop profits are donated to local nonprofit organizations. By partnering with us, your products help support both the local economy and important community causes.
Please complete the vendor application below and include product photos, logo uploads, and business details so our team can review your submission. Approved vendors will be contacted directly.
We review applications on a rolling basis and carefully curate our vendor offerings to ensure quality, originality, and alignment with our mission.

What to Expect After You Apply
Application Review
- Our team will review your completed application, including product descriptions, pricing details, and uploaded photos or logos.
Follow-Up Communication
- If we have questions or need additional information, we’ll reach out to you directly to discuss next steps.
- Additionally, we will conduct a phone interview to determine a preliminary fit.
In-Person Meeting & Product Review
- Selected applicants will be invited to meet with our team in person at Reading Soda Works. This allows us to:
- View your products firsthand
- Discuss pricing, packaging, and display options
- Review quantities and restocking expectations
- Answer any questions and ensure a good fit
Vendor Approval & Setup
- Once approved, we’ll walk you through the vendor setup process, including agreements, inventory tracking, and retail placement.
Retail Placement & Opportunities
- Approved vendors may be featured:
- Seasonally
- As part of rotating vendor collections
- During special events, holidays, or promotions
